Our American Heart Association training site provides hands on face to face or online skills check off for CPR/BLS, First Aid , AED. in addition we offer a 1 day Instructor training class. All of our courses follow the American Heart Association guidelines and are developed by professional AHA-trained instructors.

Watch the training on-line anywhere, After completing your test on line, PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE and bring it with you for the final HANDS ON SKILLS or Mega code to receive your certification.
Next, call the office 954-347-9667 to schedule your hands on skill assessment portion, (additional fee will be required)
Your certification will be provided to you the same day as your hands on assessment portion of the program.

CHEST DISCOMFORT: if you think you are having a heart attack call 911 now.
Women have different symptoms: sharp sudden pain between your shoulder blades, sharp pain in your stomach light headed.
Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
DISCOMFORT IN OTHER AREAS OF THE UPPER BODY
Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, back, or stomach.
Pain between your nose to navel, front or back.. consider calling 911.
SHORTNESS OF BREATH
with or without chest discomfort.
OTHER SIGNS
may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.
